Rules and When to Break Them
- Pulling Rank: The party has Rank with the Agency and ALF, and this modifies the chances of receiving assistance as well as what level of assistance will be provided. In return, the Agency and ALF may occasionally provide a mission for the PCs.
- Basic Abstract Difficulty: Abstraction of difficulty in circumstances where it would simplify matters or to evaluate the present intensity of the PCs' situation.
- Complementary Skills - For those times when one skill should rightfully aid another.
- Teamwork - Handling situations where an entire team only gets one success roll.
- Getting the Ball Rolling - So you need a job? A mission? An objective? Let's get things started.

Graveyard
- Samuel Luke: An architect acknowledged as the designer of at least 152 buildings between 2025 and 2042 in the Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri region, who utilized gothic architecture and elements of Jewish, Catholic, and Gnostic mythology and mysticism in his works. The majority of buildings acknowledged as influenced by Samuel Luke are government-owned, with only eight known residential structures and no known commercial structures.
- Milo Prower: Found dead at his home from a 'heart attack' shortly after purchasing the cylinder from the party. Former financier of his daughter, Valerie Prower.

Backing Organization: The American Mafia
The Fontaine Family operates in the Colorado, Nebraska, and Kansas regions as an extension of the American Mafia, and is typically no-nonsense, brutally aggressive, and highly focused on profits. The Fontaines are known to work under-the-table with corporations to provide security or to do their more underhanded work directly, and often distribute low-level work to street gangs and other undesirables. Their 'legitimate business' is in programming for bioroids, including several popular Edusoft lines, but they are known to have illegal birthlabs and bioroid programming software in their wheelhouse as well.
The Agency

The Agency is a shadowy military organization that is providing the party with equipment and a base to operate from. They also have a formal rank and file structure that controls how much help the party can call in when they need it.
