The Hellraisers are a new street gang in Granite City, who are reported to specialize in hellish-looking biomods that make them resemble demons or supernatural monstrosities. Most notable are the Succubi, the purple-skinned girls with wings and tails who keep their rank and file happy; and the Brutes, overmuscled individuals with red skin and large demon horns. They are aggressively claiming territory and drawing attention to themselves, and spray-tagging runic templates on the walls of Granite City for unknown purposes.
