World's End Utilities Company is a large, monolithic factory at the far southwestern part of town. This single building is supposedly responsible for providing power, water, telecommunications, and other needs to the community, although there are absolutely no signs of power lines, telephone poles, water mains, or other such things. (Cynics suggest that this building may have nothing to do with any utilities as we know them.)

Only employees are allowed on the premises; there is no visible security, which may be more unnerving than anything else.
