A clearinghouse for the unwanted, castoff, or traded in for cash, Chekhov's Bag sells - and buys - practically anything, including offworld currencies and merchandise most anyone else will refuse to touch. However, they only pay about 10% of relative true value for goods and finances, so buyer beware. On the other hand, they also tend to resell these goods at only 25% of relative true value - so the discerning shopper might get themselves an excellent bargain, as long as they're not too concerned where their new toy came from.
