The Hellraisers are a new street gang in Granite City, backed by supernatural power and with some demonic-looking individuals amongst their ranks. Most notable are the Succubi, the purple-skinned girls with wings and tails who keep their rank and file happy; and the Brutes, overmuscled individuals with red skin and large demon horns. They are aggressively claiming territory and drawing attention to themselves, and using transport runes to deploy within the city limits from places unknown, using spray-taggers and templates to quickly get runes onto a wall for use.
