Background:
Loner who who drifted into town and set up a small apothecary shop. Declan, although human, is far older than most humans- one thousand years, to be exact. He is not precisely immortal, but his herbal research and relationship (I use the term loosely- he knows them and they know him) with the Celtic gods, led him to know the recipe of what he calls ImmortaliTea- as long as he makes and regularly consumes said tea, he will not die from aging, nor appear to age. Other than a few druidic tricks up his sleeve, he is quite 'mortal' and can be killed or permanently injured/deformed. Declan's form of Druidry is based on what is presented in Kevin Hearne's Iron Druid Chronicles (I highly recommend them).
