The PokeBelt is a device used by professional Trainers that allows them ready access to six PokeBalls storing Pokemon, allowing them to easily separate and ready a Pokeball for throwing as a single Ready action. There's also a Pokemon Containment Unit allowing them to digitally store large numbers of Pokemon and their Pokeballs, to manage Pokemon within the PCU, or to swap them between the PCU and the Belt with some minor reconfiguration and a connected Poketch to act as PCU interface. PokeBelts automatically synchronize with a Trainer's ID to 'lock' Pokeballs used to the trainer's ID signature, allowing them (and only them) to control and command the Pokemon within, and also allowing them to transfer newly caught Pokemon to the PCU for safekeeping if they don't want them in inventory.
