Credcards

Credit cards are nothing new; digital currency has existed since the 20th century, and even several major economic disasters hasn't shaken anyone's faith in them as a normal currency type. Typically, a credcard is assigned to a line of credit or bank account from a particular bank; many American bank accounts require multi-factor identification and proof of income in order to set up an account, but some offshore accounts merely require that you have money and don't mind an extra fee to maintain your anonymity (anywhere from 1% to 5% on incoming transactions is considered a 'standard' rate).
