**Job Type:** Research

You are a proud worker in the Research Sector, 

with your orders issued by the Research 

Director. Your responsibility is to work in one 

of the research labs -- the Plasma Research 

Lab, the Disease Research Lab, the Artifact 

Research Lab, and the Telescience Research Lab.

**Access:** Research Sector, Plasma Research, 

Disease Research, Artifact Research, 

Telescience Research.

Depending on your current assignment, you may 

be working on disease research, developing 

vaccines or treatments for diseases; on plasma 

research, developing newer and better bombs for 

station defense, mining, or as weapons of last 

resort; in artifact research, to examine any 

peculiar space artifacts you may discover to 

figure out what they do; or in telescience 

research, calibrating the station's mass 

teleporter in order to transport objects to any 

coordinates - once you've adjusted the 

distortion constants to account for your 

station's location in space so that it goes 

exactly where you want it to.

**Responsibilities:** Advance Science

Regardless of your assignment, your general 

duties are to conduct research to benefit the 

station... and, of course, to do so in a safe 

and controlled manner so as not to put the 

station at risk. Follow the rules and 

procedures of the lab, listen to your Research 

Director, and you'll go far.
