**Job Type:** Research

You have been chosen to work as a Geneticist on 

the Maxwell #13-(designator)! Your primary job 

is to run the cloning device, effectively 

bringing back dead crewmates through the wonder 

that is modern science; you are also 

responsible for conducting genetic research 

aboard the station for the benefit of your 

crewmates and Arcturus Technologies. All you 

need is a willing volunteer to go into the 

Genetic Sequencer!

**Access:** Medical Bay, Medical Research

Your primary responsibility is to regrow bodies 

of the deceased - note that you cannot grow 

clones of people that are still alive, although 

you can give someone else their appearance and 

DNA through the Genetic Sequencer if necessary, 

or modify their genetics in other ways in the 

name of science! Of course, it's advised that 

you take a backup of someone's DNA before you 

do any serious manipulations, as cloning is an 

imperfect process and aberrations may occur in 

the redevelopment process.

**Responsibility:** Genetic Discoveries and 

Cloning

With all of that stated, don't be afraid to 

experiment! Willing volunteers are likely to 

jump at the opportunity to experiment with 

everything from changes in eye, hair, and skin 

color, to the unlocking of the hidden potential 

of the human genome to exhibit strange 

superpowers. With a limited crew complement 

available, you'll also find that cloning will 

be an important part of your job to get crew 

members back on their feet and back to work as 

quickly as possible.
