**Brief History:**

Mandy was born to a demon mother and a human father.  Shortly after her birth, her mother killed her father, and raised Mandy alone.  Mandy spent the first fifteen years of her life with her mother, in isolation.  When she turned thirteen, she began getting visions, and her mother decided to send her into the world, so she could find out how to end it.

The young half demon realized that the world was a nice place, and decided to rebel.  She began telling the OSI about her visions, eventually reporting to Rachel, and she fell in love with Nica.  She is completely submissive to anyone she considers a friend, and very easily controlled.  She's begun to set fires though- something that means that she might become uncontrollable soon.
