The protagonists are building a Hogan's-Heroes-esque location within Germany to spy on their operations, particularly their occult plots. These efforts are being coordinated by Alexander Wolf and his assistant (and empowered) Michael Malone.

Edward Lancaster: Formerly involved in secret programs. Currently on assignment at Stalag 17 as a form of 'rest duty' due to a breakdown.

An erstwhile band of musicians discovers that a peculiar platter can bridge the gap between other times (and even other worlds) when the proper sequence is sung. Figuring out how to control this power is part of the basis of the campaign.
