This forces your Avatar out of the system, but causes no further damage. Deckburn: Certain programs have the ability to damage not only the Avatar but the deck that launched it. These programs are often found in high-security areas, and can permanently delete your Avatar. Back up your Avatars regularly! Memory Capture: Certain programs can attempt to store a copy of the battle data (an 'image') for use in training simulations. These battle images can be quite valuable, and can even be run as autonomous defenses, but cannot be used as Avatars.
