While the Lady's exact power level is unknown, she seldom takes direct action for or against anything or anyone. She is, however, clearly the most important person to the Boss, essentially giving her one hell of a Contact, and has managerial powers over his employees and underlings. She is also capable of conjuring up objects (particularly foodstuffs) with mystical properties seemingly at will, although they may be prepared goods and her ability to summon them may stem from ties to the master of the dimension. She is also a very pleasant, if distant, person, and most Loftian employees will fight to the death to defend her (either out of personal fondness, or because of the consequences of angering the Boss.)

The Lady seems oddly emotionally detached from most things, as if perpetually distracted by affairs on alternate planes of consciousness, and her motives and mannerisms are often inscrutable in nature. She has a mildly capricious sense of humor, and occasionally chooses to dabble directly into the affairs of others - whether they like it or not.
